Crafty Secrets April Linky Party with Really Reasonable Ribbon

Welcome to the Crafty Secrets April 2015 Linky Party! We are excited to be partnering with Really Reasonable Ribbon  in this fun cross-promotional event that we are calling “Anything Goes with Ribbon.”

So for me…..the Anything Goes Theme meant…get confused….forget what day it is and post nothing! Lol we all have days like these. Maybe I enjoyed too much Easter festivities???

Friends Like You Card using  Crafty Secrets Pastel Paper Pad, Vintage Patterns Cd 1 French Bows, Sentiment from Love and Friendship Words From the Heart tablet, image from Creating with Sew Decorative CD 7 Sewing Ephemera.

To create the  embossed scallop border I did the following steps…

I used the Spellbinders Lattice Rectangle Die to cut the frame.

I pounced around the outside of the frame with Ranger Perfect Medium.

While it was still wet I sprinkled on WOW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder.

Then used the heat too to sine the frame up and give it more body.

 I hope you enjoyed viewing my Friendship Card as much as I enjoyed creating it.
