I have mini mania : )

I’ve been on a mini album kick lately. I’ll be sharing several over the next few days. I love to layer them up with loads of patterned papers and cardstock….then accent them with stickers.

IMG_0913I added some trims from Really Reasonable Ribbon….and some from my stash to dress the rings and accent the cover.

IMG_0914IMG_0915IMG_0916IMG_0917Creating baby projects always makes me very nostalgic for my boys when they were small. Everyone in my house is taller than me now. ( not too much of a challenge actually considering I’m very short lol )

Okay so that’s mini #1. Check back in tomorrow for mini #2. I think you can guess it’s a baby girl mini.

Now off to create some Super Bowl munchies and watch some pre-game specials.

Hope you all enjoy a happy and productive day and find some time to be creative : ) G

London Market Pocket with Tags

This was a super fun project to make with more of the London Market ephemera pack and papers from Pink Paislee.

I really loved the little hearts with the flag motif so I gave them a good inking with Tim Holtz Walnut Distress Ink, then sewed them to the banner die cuts with a map pattern. I curled up the edges to giveĀ  a very dimensional effect.

I created this sweet little tag by layering on lot’s of the ephemera pieces over a small doily. I added Liquid Pearls for embellishment and some tiny vintage buttons. I love that little bird : )

The companion tags are actually finished off with a vintage image from Graphics Fairy of the London Tower. How fun is that????

The inside of the pocket if finished with Pink Paislee paper with a lovely butterfly pattern so it looks just as good without the tags inside : )

To cover the back of the bag I choose the companion floral print.

Quick shop update…..all the construction and finish work is done and I’m pretty excited to be getting the keys tomorrow. I’ve been very busy wrapping up all the last minute details and we plan to start moving in this weekend : )
