Jolly Snowmen Creativity Kit and Projects

Hooray hooray it’s kit time again.  Oh how I love to create a kit. And I love even more taking a kit for myself to use to whip up some projects.  This time it’s a Jolly Snowmen Deluxe Creativity Kit 2017. I’ve included fabulous retro images, holiday patterned papers, pre-tied bows and a sleigh full of extra fun embellies like tinsel trim, twine, jingle bells, silvery snowflakes, bling, die cut glitter stars, and sequins.

Vintage Halloween Creativity Kit and Projects

Well hello there Paper Peeps. I’m so excited this morning to share that I’ve prepared the Vintage Halloween Creativity Kit for 2017. This has turned out to be our most requested kit of the year! I can’t hardly blame you…I love Halloween too.  Okay you know the drill…I share all the projects I created with the kit and a few bits and pieces from my stash as well as cardstock because I love a kit as much as anyone and I love to get out all the paper pretties and push the pieces around to see what I can whip up.

Birds of a Feather Variety Cards & Crafts Creativity Kit and Projects

Hey there Peeps! Well I’ve found a way to hide from the last of the cold winter weather.  I’ve been hunkered down in my shop creating a fabulous kit that gets me in the mood for spring. I do love birds of all kinds so this kit is for our feathered friends and fellow bird aficionados. I really needed a good selection of sentiments too so I can easily whip up cards for all occasions. I had lots of fun creating cards with the kit….and even 2 tags……because that’s what I do…there are no rules here! Here are the projects…..

Saint Patrick’s Day Banner & Kit

Hey there and happy Tuesday!  I’m just dropping in to share a super fabby banner I created for St Patrick’s Day. It has so many festive details and fun embellies!

I’ve loaded this baby up with patterned papers, vintage images, tinsel trim, epoxy embellishments, lots of shamrocks with various finishes, ribbon, flowers, clip, rosettes, die cut doily, and wooden clothespins.

So many layers here makes me happy : )

 

She’s such a pretty little Irish lass.  I topped her off with a lucky label created with my old school style Dymo.

Ticket tags with poofy bows are strung on the ribbon trim to accent the large banner sections.

Masculine Cards & Tags and Creativity Kit

OMGosh it’s a busy morning for me Peeps so I can only drop in for a quick sec and share these fabby vintagy projects I created with a masculine theme using the new Masculine Cards & Tags Creativity Kit 2016.

I just added some extra bits and pieces from my scrap and salvage box along with the Masculine Cards & Tags Creativity Kit 2016 and was able to create these 5 full sized (5 x 6 1/2 inches) cards and 2 large tags. I’ve got just enough to make 1 more card for a special occasion. Stop on over and check it. There are loads of gorgeous vintagy images, warm and richly patterned cardstock and pre-tied bows. It’s a great value!!!

Hope Patriotic Greeting Card

As promised here is the 8th project created with the new Patriotic Creativity Kit 2016. Here is a card I created with awesome chippies, patterned papers, vintage images and loads of embellishments. It would be great as a card…but even better tucked into a shelf or mantle display to enjoy for the whole season.

 Let me just say right now, Scribble Frames are my new favorite!!!!! Just too much fun to layer them up with loads of details.  I have a lot of pattern going on here so I relied on this frame finished in crisp white to add separation to keep the card from being too busy.

I added some fun and festive embellies like a glittery star, pearly accents and coordinating flowers. Working in the Hope Chipboard was a great way to incorporate a subtle sentiment.

Retro Valentine Banner Kit

Hey there Peeps! I’m dropping in to share a Valentine banner. I really wanted to take cute picture of it……but it’s too long to get all in one pic : (  I had the ambitious plan to make over a mantle from a no longer working electric fireplace. I thought I’d paint it white and distress it…then I could use it to take all kinds of fabby pictures.   That is until the boys found it.  They gutted the heater unit out and replaced it with giant speakers and they’re using the top for their TV in the mancave : (  I guess I’ll be on the lookout for a nice big shelf. In the meantime…..

Isn’t this just too much cuteness???? Okay here’s the good news……this adorable banner is available in a kit so you can make one too…with all the pieces cut-tied-ready to assemble. Premium 4th of July Kits

Well it’s too stormy to go outside to play…so instead I stayed in and made some super fabulous Premium Patriotic Creativity Kits. These babies are really loaded with a ton of fun and festive paper and embellishments to add to your holiday crafting. I crafted some really poofy tinsel topped crepe fringe in the old red white and blue and stacked 6 layers of crepe to make them really lush. There’s not only pre-tied bows…but yard goods as well so you’ll get a full yard of red gingham, 2 full yards of navy satin, and a yard of wired tiny tinsel trim. I added a foot of poof star trim and a foot of star garland ,and 3 felty stars.  Pre-tied bows of twine are  perfect in blue and red and white with tiny wooden clothespins. Printed bags as well as kraft and glassine. Really sparkly rhinestone trim, blingy flower and pearl and crystal topped pins. Last but not least…tickets and flowers.

Masculine Cards and Creativity Kit

Hey there Peeps! As promised I’ve got the new masculine cards mostly all done….and the Masculine Variety Card Creativity Kit is listed. Okay..it’s really much later in the day than I would like..but at least I’m still on the right day!!! And by mostly done..I mean I have 4 completed..and 4 laid out ready to assemble and embellish.

Isn’t this a dapper fellow? It’s hard sometimes to stop when you get rolling on a card…but if you don’t add too many flowers and bows you’ll be alright.

For this card I scavenged some stitched canvas for the background then added the patterned papers and image.

I like to have several cards on hand that I can use in a pinch like this one….could be a Birthday or Get Well Soon card…that way I’ll be prepared when I need one.

The secret to making all those patterns work together on the same card? Solid borders…that keeps your eyes from going buggy.

I’ve got the next four cards blocked out and ready to to assemble and embellish…but first a trip to the post office!

I’ve got loads of patterned papers in warm rich colors, vintagy images in great masculine themes, pretied satin bows and lots of sentiments to mix and match so creating unique cards will be a cinch! There was more than enough for 8 full sized projects..with bits and pieces leftover …maybe I’ll make some tags?? Things With Wings Paper Pretties and Creativity Kit

Hey there Peeps! Sorry for the late in the day post..I had planned to work last night and post this morning ….but I had a nice dinner date with my hubby and a relaxing evening by the campfire sooooo needless to say I was up working this morning instead.

I’m sharing some projects I created with my new Things With Wings Creativity Kit. I will say that this is my fav kit so far…I am having way too much fun playing with these papers and images…I usually make cards but I’m all over with the tags and wall hangings too! Here are just some of the projects so far..

So I have five projects done…with the paper and images and bows from the kit along with bits and pieces from my scrap and salvage box. There’s enough large images and paper left to make 4 more paper pretties…so you know what I will be working on today lol. Here is a quick peek at the Things with Wings Creativity Kit …..
