Inspire Mini Album Flip Book BoBunny

Hello there and happy Tuesday friends!  A great day for a fun hop with the folks here at Really Reasonable Ribbon.

We are sharing the project we created with the March Ribbon Club Assortment.

I created a fun flip book mini album scrapbook embellished with a bow created with the beautiful ribbon that coordinates with the patterned papers perfectly!

That bow is scrumptious! That stitched satin makes for the perfect poof : )

I had so much fun creating tip ins that add a huge amount of real estate in a mini….just think of all the pictures and journaling that can be added!

Pockets hold tags but could also hold mementos like tickets or other flat keepsakes.

Did I mention tags?  I’ve added them in layers….you can never have enough tags!

A great way to add interest to the pages is to add border strips to the top and bottoms of the pages. This set of pages have more pockets and tip ins.

Each of the inside pages have a large pull out of matted coordinating paper for larger pictures. There are 4 in this book so you won’t run out of room to add all the special memories.

 This paper collection is Petal Lane from BoBunny and it makes me think spring ( even though it’s currently snowing.)

The back of the book has a fun cut apart journal card that is great as is…but could be used to write a sweet sentiment.

Fairy Dust Tag February Blog Hop w/video tutorial

I created a tag using the ribbon assortment and Fairy Dust from Graphic 45.

I feel like this ribbon and paper collection were made to be together : )

I’ve added a lovely selection of flowers to coordinate, along with some berry sprigs and die cut leaves.

Super poofy bow to top off this tag : ) There’s some Violet Burlap String as well.

A sweet little die cut doily in crisp white breaks up the busy patterns and lightens up the color scheme.

Most Favorite Person Valentine Card

I really love this bright and cheerful color combination.

Maybe I went a little overboard on the embellishments???? Naaaaaa.

A poofy bow is perfect topped off with twine, a vintage button and metal heart charm.

Die cuts and chipboard are layered here with a sweet little sentiment.

Can’t have a valentine card without flowers. That’s my rule anyway.

Itty bitty heart sequins and pearls are the perfect accents for this chipper and cheerful card.

Joy to the World Greeting Card and Blog Hop with Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hey there everyone and welcome to another fun hop with the peeps at Really Reasonable Ribbon.

We’re creating project with the December Ribbon Club Assortment Back to Basics.

I think it’s very classic and sophisticated.

I created a card that’s very stylish and even almost modern.

I am not afraid to use dark colors on Christmas cards and I think this palate is very updated and mature.

Of course I’m still including pretty dimensional flowers like these magnolias. I’ve given them a bit of a face lift but switching out the stamens and adding a bit of faux snow on the petals.

I’ve layered a black doily under the arrangement to showcase the altered chipboard and patterned papers.

This bow is really quite fabulous topped with jingle bells and tiny brush trees.

Last but not least I’ve added a fair few vintage buttons. Just because it’s modern inspired doesn’t mean it cant have some classic details right?

Vintage Sewing Greeting Card Blog Hopping with Really Reasonable Ribbon

We’re using the Country Holiday Collection Ribbon Club Assortment.

I created a Vintage Sewing Greeting Card.

I was inspired by the beautiful shades of blue in the collection.

I’ve added an assortment of flowers to coordinate with the ribbon.

Twine and spiral stamens are tucked in to fill in the arrangement.

Fanciful findings like a little charm filled with matching  Prills, and shiny sequins add detail.

I used the Chipboard Lace Frame from Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts as a base for all the embellishing.

Happy Holidays Santa Christmas Greeting Card Blog hop with RRR

Hey there Peeps and welcome to the October Blog Hop with Really Reasonable Ribbon.

The team is creating projects with the October Ribbon Club Christmas Assortment.

I’m loving the traditional colors of this collection it goes so well with this gorgeous vintagy Santa.

I’ve added so many fun seasonal embellishments.

Evergreen picks with sparkly berries are joined by large dimensional flowers and a festive jingle bell.

Chipboard flourishes finished in white with a bit of sparkle add lots of texture without competing with the busy patterns.

Snowflakes and vintage buttons and a large tag with eyelet and tied with twine helps to fill in this side of the card and balance the floral arrangement.

Of course you all know I love my die cut doilies and prills so I added those too!

I’m well into my Christmas in July projects and today I’m sharing a card with a very non-traditional color scheme.

Vintage Purple Santa Christmas Greeting Card

Once I saw the Perfectly Purple Mix I knew this was my opportunity to use this gorgeous vintage Santa postcard image with a fabulous purply coat.

The ribbons are layered and tucked under the chipboard frame.

A bounty of perfectly coordinated flowers is shades of purples and lavender with glittery bells, Violet Burlap String, and a tag with a stamped snowflake.

I can’t resist adding more flowers here as well as a stamped sentiment and chipboard snowflake.

I created a Valentine Pocket for the simple matter that I loved all the ribbons and wanted to use them all. The tags feature my Schoolhouse Vintage Valentine Digital Collage Images and they are a perfect match to the ribbon assortment.

BoBunny ~ 3L Blog Hop Planner Cover w Kiss The cook

Hey there Peeps! Ginny here and I’m excited to be sharing my project for the BoBunny – 3L Blog Hop.  I chose to create a cover for my weekly menu planner . With a busy household and active kiddos we really need to plan our dinners ahead to avoid chaos and too much going out for meals. I found this awesome tablet with a week on each page so I can get the schedule down before I shop.

I love these retro inspired colors and patterns. This is the planner all closed up. It will also be a nice décor piece for my kitchen displayed on a shelf.

Lot’s of  paper patterns here all piled up in one big happy arrangement topped off with a little dimensional banner and layered chipboard sticker.

The inside is finished with the coordinating papers. You can see how easily I can just jot in the meals for each day.

All the extra layers help to give sturdiness to this cover. I also added a sheet of 110 lb cardstock on the back before covering with the polka dots. The tablet is held in with 2 large paper clips on the back so I can swap it out for a new one when this ones used up.

Creating the banner was easy and fun. I used more of the 100 lb cardstock to adhere the banner shapes from the sticker sheet then cut them all out.

 

I used my Cropodile to punch tiny holes.

 

To give the banner dimension and to adhere it to the cover I used the 3L 3D Foam Spacers. Love these! This package has 2 sheets with big and little spacers so I didn’t have to clip them to fit, Yay!!!
