Pair of Halloween Cards

Standard

Hey there friends and crafty peeps! Ginny here dropping in with a pair of Halloween greeting cards. I thought it would be fun to take similar elements and add them to different backgrounds to see if they had a distinctively different vibe.

For this card I pulled papers from my stash that coordinated with the sweet little chipboard witch. The plum color inspires a darker palate. I’ve added a chipboard spider web as well as flowers to create a well embellished card.

This card has many of the same features but this time the colors are inspired by the flowers. The overall effect is much brighter and more whimiscal.

  1. As soon as the -er months arrive, my creative brain starts to work in overdrive! Love both these cards!! There are so many ways to express Halloween on cards and projects…it’s mind boggling! The black leaves are so dramatic and a bit creepy…perfect for Halloween. Love the charms!! Nice cards, Ginny…love seeing the differences between these 2 cards. Nice!
