Coming by to Say Boo Greeting Card

Hey there friends and crafty peeps! Ginny here with another fun hop with the crew at Really Reasonable Ribbon!

We’re sharing the projects we created with the September Halloween Ribbon Club Assortment.

You should be coming to me from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog. If you’re just joining in you’ll want to hop on over there to start at the beginning.

I’ve been having fun teaching myself to color and using fun and festive holiday themed stamps to create scene cards.

The story on this card is of a sweet little witch in what might be a spooky graveyard but the addition of the string lights and smiling cat creates a not so scary vignette.

Also how cute are those little bats and pumpkins? They are frightfully delightful!

The perfect finishing touch is the coordinating layered bow, metal charms, and matching sequins.

Your next stop on the hop is my dear friend Kathy.

  1. Nice detail coordination to add the green ribbon strips on top of the orange bow. Topping the bow with that gray button is perfect! I love it when everything is so nicely color matched…so pleasing to look at and enjoy! LOVE the charm dangles!! While I am not a colorist, I do appreciate all the time and effort that goes into this technique. Very cute scene. Well done!
