Hello there friends and crafty peeps! If you’re new around here you might not know that my family and I live in Michigan where it get reallllly cold and snowy in the winter. I am not a huge fan of either of these things so I tend to tuck into the shop and think about warmer days ahead by creating Spring inspired projects.

This card has so many pretty layers of bright and cheerful patterned papers. I’m using a dove gray cardstock as borders between the layers and spacers to keep it from looking too busy.

I thought I would also work in a wood grain paper cut with a circle die with a scalloped edge and a stitched detail. This gives me a neutral place to add my fussy cut butterfly and sentiment banner. I really love sentiments that work well for just about any occasion. Even if you’re just celebrating that it’s taco Tuesday lol.

This arrangement is full of flowers from Prima and Really Reasonable Ribbon. I’ve used die cut foliage and loopy twine bows for a nice full look.
I hope this card reminds you of Spring…..even if you have snow covering the ground like we do.
