Precious Vintage Mini Album

Standard

Hello there friends! Dropping in to share  a sweet vintage inspired mini album today. I’m using the Close Knit collection from American Crafts.

Precious Scrapbook Mini Album Polly's Paper Studio 01

This is a super chunky and heavy 5 x 5 x 1  inch mini album base that I created and covered with layers of the patterned papers.

Stacking the cut apart images creates a nice focal point. There’e coordinating flowers, ribbon, and vintagy inspired embellishments.

Inside I’ve got combinations of the cut aparts along with a die cut frame and a tip in for extra space for pictures and journaling.

Large pockets hold folded inserts. The non contrasting patterned papers makes for a great place to add writing.

Plenty of room in the pockets to add extra mementos and items you don’t want to adhered to the book.

I love this set of pages. The doily topped with the matted die cut patterned paper becomes a nice photo area and the faux belly band secures an accordion fold section. It’s always fun to have interactive portions on a mini album.

Remember to alternate the paper patterns for a more interesting look.

This set of pages has the gorgeous chevron wood grain pattern. I created a small envelope with the WeR Punchboard and added it to provide a pocket to tuck in tags and small mementos.

  1. Your albums are so fantastic. I was wondering if you use the 6×6 or 8×8 paper pads to make your albums. I have some 12×12 paper but not many smaller paper pads.
