You should be coming to me from my friend Gloria. If you’re just joining in you’ll want to go to the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog to start at the beginning.

I created a Vintage Sewing Greeting Card.

I was inspired by the beautiful shades of blue in the collection.

I’ve added an assortment of flowers to coordinate with the ribbon.

Twine and spiral stamens are tucked in to fill in the arrangement.

Fanciful findings like a little charm filled with matching  Prills, and shiny sequins add detail.

I used the Chipboard Lace Frame from Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts as a base for all the embellishing.

Additional Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies~Ivory Burlap String, Blue Spiral Stamens.

Okay your next stop in the hop is the lovely and talented Cheryl.

Wishing everyone a happy and productive day : ) G

  1. Your blue inspiration certainly paid off with this lovely greeting! Your garland of sweet blue posies tied up with the pretty blue bows is gorgeous against the lace and patterns. I like the little trinket tied on with the twine. Sweet touch! 🙂

  2. The colors of this card are so beautifully coordinated to make an exquisite framing of your sewing machine image. Love how you’ve worked the ribbons into the floral design. tfs
