Jolly St. Nick Creativity Kit and Projects

Hey there Peeps! This is a very exciting post for me today as I’m sharing the projects I created with the new Jolly St. Nick Creativity Kit . Which I love. A lot. I was a Boy Scout Widow this weekend and I spent all my time in my shop playing paper and watching kids movies.

Here are the projects I created with the kit….

These two large (4×6 inch) tags both  have ornament chippies but with very different styles. The one on the right is a shaker so it has the clear topper with sequins and pop beads inside. It’s also very glitzy with sparkly stars and branches and a sweet little candy cane charm. The one on the left is more traditional with holly leaves, wide lace and tinsel trim, enamel number plate and a metal sleigh charm.

It wouldn’t be a kit without a house tag right?  This one has gorgeous pearl and bling trim, rosette ribbon and tinsel trim, large dimensional flowers, buttons and snowflakes. The card is an example of how great this kit works for those who like to make clean and simple projects.  Layering the papers and images and a simple bow makes for a quick project and is easier to mail since it doesn’t have all the dimensional items added.

These cards have all the bells and whistles….okay it has bells lol. The card on the right is accented with handcrafted flowers and altered chippies that look like sweet peppermint candies.  The card on the left has lots of metal embellishments and vintage buttons.

Even for these A2 sized cards I was able to get a lot of detail by layering the papers and tucking in die cuts and lace and bows.  These will also be easier to ship as they fit nicely into a standard sized envelope.

This Jolly St. Nick Creativity Kit has great traditional styled Santa images  that have been meticulously edited to eliminate  imperfections and improve color quality. The double sided cardstock papers have been selected to coordinate perfectly with the images and provide a great amount of flexibility for making projects that are one of a kind creations your friends and family will be thrilled to receive.  I was able to complete 8 full sized projects using the kit , cardstock and bits and pieces from my scrap and salvage box. I did have quite a bit of paper leftover so I can easy punch tags to add labels to the baked goods I’m making for the holiday.

Additional supplies used…….

Gypsy Soul Laser cut Chipboard~ Ornament Double Sided, Winter Shape Set, Christmas Shape Set, Snowflake Shape Set.

Petaloo Flowers~ Textured Blossoms Gray, Darjeeling Mini Mix Tea Stained Cream.

Cheery Lynn Designs Dies~ Holly Leaf 4 Piece Set, French Pastry Tiny Doily, English Tea Party Doily.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Trims~ Red Plaid, Gray Plaid, Houndstooth Black and White, Ivory Burlap String, Red Burlap String.

Okay that’s all for me. Wishing all of you a happy and productive day : ) G
