April Blog Hopping with Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hey there Peeps! It’s time again for another awesome hop with Really Reasonable Ribbon and how on earth does a month get by so quickly????

This time we are sharing the projects we created with the April Ribbon Club Assortment Red and Turquoise Collection.april ribbon clubYou should be coming to me from the lovely and talented Gloria. If you’re just getting started you’ll want to go to the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog to make sure you don’t miss anything.

I’ve created a very festive and Summer Cherries Banner….

Summer Cherries Vintage Country Banner 1

I’ve paired the country gingham papers from Graphic 45 with a Summer Cherries Digital Collage from my shop to create a down home vintage feel.

To create added detail I cut all the collage images out and layered them onto pretty laser cut doilies and ivory tags.

Between each banner section there’s an additional ivory tag with a printed image from the sheet. A little Stickles adds some sparkle to the tags.  This is the quintessential country gingham bow atop each tag .

These flowers are so sweet and summery…Chrysanthemums and Spiral Stamens. I’ve included some little chipboard buttons also from Graphic 45 and attached them with perfectly coordinated wooden clothespins.

The banner sections and tags have the scrumptious ribbon threaded through metal eyelets to prevent the ribbon from pulling through so this banner will last a long time to be enjoyed with favorite country decor.

Your next stop in the hop is my dear friend Jennifer….she is bringing the awesome today!!!
