Halloween Basket with Graphic 45 and Art-C Groove Tool

Hey there Paper Peeps. This whimsical and vintage inspired home decor Halloween Basket was super fun to create. I used coordinating papers from several lines from Graphic 45 and added some halloweeny embellishments to dress it up.  I used the Art-C Groove Tool to distress and grunge up the edges of the papers I used to cover the peat pot. This made preparing the many pieces so much faster. And who doesn’t like a power tool right? Another helpful tip I can share if you have the little plastic skeleton figures that are not articulated and you want to bend them to fit your project you can use your heat gun to warm up the joints you want to move..but be careful they become pretty hot….then hold it in place until it cools.

This basket looks pretty festive on our Halloween tree……but it’s also listed in the shop in case you’d like to add it to your own seasonal decor. Halloween Basket at Etsy. Want to give a shout out to dear friend Bobbie A.  for gifting me this fabulous hand painted pumpkin basket..it makes a perfect decoration for my vintagy tree. I’ve also printed out some of my Halloween digital collage sheets to add to the ornaments. They work great to fill on spots with short branches ( never buy a tree online.)
