Good morning Paper Peeps! I’m dropping in this morning to share a special project I created for Paper Crafter’s Library with my Graphic 45 supplies and the fabulous new Mixed Media Box.
I inked and painted and stamped the box to add the color and pattern. I used the patterned tape to cover the sides of the box…easy peasy.
Inside I added a chipboard birdcage with a chippy heart and the best sentiment in the whole world”HOME”
I encourage you to hop over and check out the fabulous projects and artist features on the Paper Crafter’s Library….very inspiring!

Good morning Paper Peeps. I’m sharing a project I created especially for Graphic 45. They asked us to create a pocket style scrapbook project….which is very new to me…but I had lots of fun making it and will be trying it again soon! This project was made a little while ago and since then we have lost our dear sweet Kitty Lola to illness….so it’s a bittersweet post for me today…we miss her very much.

Well hello there Peeps! I’m dropping in bright and early to share a new set of tags I’ve whipped up. I mean…is there anything better than a tag? They can be a label…..or used on a banner…or a card….or a scrapbook…or an ornament… maybe it’s just crazy enough to think of using them for tags???
These tags have a decidedly Traditional Old World feel…..and warm rich colors. Can you just image a set of these used to decorate a beautiful Christmas tree???
To view the details for these tags…hop on over to the Etsy Shop. They are available for instant download…so you can get your craft on right away!
Okay…that’s all for me…off to see what I can create with the tags…I’m thinkin banner??? Wishing you all a happy and productive day with lots of time to be creative : ) G

Happy Monday Paper Peeps. It’s time again for a fun challenge at CHACB.
Challenge #18 Layer It!
One good way to use your hoard is to use lots of it all at once! So, let’s see those layers! We need to see at least THREE layers on your project! (Ink, paint, embossing, and mixed media products do count as layers!) Drag out all of that hoarded paper or those embossing folders that are in the back of the drawer. Use those stamps, dies, and punches! Show us the layers!
I created a spooktacular Halloween goody to add to my seasonal decor.
Isn’t it just goulish???? But not tooooo scary. Pretty proud of myself for creating the hat for the skull. I layered it on a paper mache box covered in layers of Graphic 45 An Eerie Tale Papers and give it a bit of ruffle with gathered crepe and Burlap Ribbon.
I made some orange flowers with my Heartfelt Creations Sun Kissed Fluer stamp and some Steampunk Spells Papers from Graphic 45. The clocks came from them too! I layered my handcrafted flowers with beautiful blooms from Petaloo . I tucked in some stripy ribbon and Black Webbing for fullness.
I wanted to tone down the creepiness of the skull a little…so I covered a good portion of his big black eyes with a masquerade mask. See that nice strip of rhinestone ribbon? I think even the undead might like to get their bling on right????
To festoon his top hat….I created some paper feathers and added them to the flower arraignment. I also tucked in some large webs, a clock and a crow die cut. The silvery flower was created with the Add a Little Dazzle metal. I created it the same way as the orange flowers.
The wonderfully generous sponsors for this challenge are Add a Little Dazzle
And Lindy’s Stamp Gang.Lindy’s is offering this amazing prize to one lucky winner:So now it’s your turn tho whip up a Layered project and play along by linking up with us at Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog.
I encourage you to stop by and check out the wonderful project create by the Design Team:
Okay that’s all for me…I’m off to create some more Halloweeny paper pretties! Wishing you all a happy and productive day with lots of time to be creative : ) G
Well hey there Paper Peeps! Did you get a chance to check out the Newsletter from Graphic 45? The Teamies and I are sharing some fabulous projects using the new mixed media boxes from the Graphic 45 Staples.I created a shadow box on the inside of the lid to create this tiny winter scene. Lot’s of extra room to add a bottle brush tree.
You can tell from this angle how much extra space it adds. I dressed up the shadow box section with a bit of the Twelve Days of Christmas Papers, and some tinsel trim.
On the outside of the box I added another tree and decorated it with several of the banner shapes, some trimmed doves, painted bells and flowers and pretty Gingham Ribbon.
There was plenty of room here to add a pretty metal element, some of the G45 diecut flowers and a red rose.
Tucked away inside the box is a special surprise….I’ve created matching ornaments with The Twelve Days of Christmas papers.
Here’s a list of the paper pretties I used to create these projects:
