All For the Love of Pink Paislee

Standard

Yay!!!! We got big shipments of lot’s of beautiful paper goodies yesterday. I’ve been waiting as patiently as I could for the London Market line from Pink Paislee. When I finally got into the packages…it was even better and more beautiful than I had hoped : )

My first project with the ephemera pack is this lovely card. I know you all are sayin wha???? Is she trying to use the whole package on one card???? Not by a long shot. There are soooo many yummy little bits in this set I’ll have to layer them so I can get a chance to use them all.

I added the die cut pieces to a pretty little vintage image from Graphic’s Fairy of a French frame. I have to say I inked a lot here, bringing it in from the edge more than I usually do. I choose Walnut Distress Ink from Tim Hotlz.

The small doily gives the effect of lace. I inked it as well. Real vintage buttons for authenticity. : )

I hand painted these flowers for a creamy finish. Layered over an ephemera piece I think they look lovely. Notice the spool top with the pink label. That’s Pink Paislee also. You know I have to open one of every package that comes in right??? Okay…so I just made up that rule lol. A little bit of fibers to soften the edges, a few little pearly accents and finished off with a dreamy sheer ribbon bow.

See how pretty and poofy that arrangement is. Yes I know you can see some other projects stacked up there. I’ve been having so much fun working with London Market that I couldn’t stop! they will have to wait for the next post though…can’t show off all my hard work at once : )

Stay posted for a special announcement. It may be this evening…or early tomorrow. You don’t want to miss it. Okay….so you want a clue huh???? It involves a prize. That’s all I’m gonna say.
